Interesting that Ott was cut so quickly. Maybe Aiken is being re-signed or Belichick is certain
that Cardona will be available. Mike Reiss indicated in today's mailbag that Belichick had some
contact with the Navy before the draft.

This is indeed curious. I see no reason for not keep two long snappers in camp as part of the 90 man squad.
