Is there a ban on selling merchandise with the new players until a CBA is reached?

In other words,do you have to wait for a CBA for companies like Nike,Reebok Ect to buy a Shane Vereen or a Nate Solder jersey or rookie card?

I haven't seen any future promotion sales at this time

Even if they could, from a PR standpoint it would reek if they did.
