The Review Process for On-Field rule violations

Brian McCarthy, the Director of Corporate Communications for the NFL, just tweeted this out a couple of minutes ago. Looks like it was posted last week but it talks about the various processes for handling on-field rule violations. Some of it was interesting, including the '2012 FINE SCHEDULE' which lists the amount for each penalty:

For those who are wondering what is up with the weird fine amounts, this year's fines are 5% higher than last year's. For example, DRC's $21k fine today would have been $20k a year ago, but has 5% ($1k) "inflation" this year.
