This is an awful play for the Titans.. a fumble, concussion, and Locker gets tangled up on the Chung tackle, with a left shoulder injury.

See, this is why the replacement refs are not good for the game, this should have been stopped a long time again and the receiver received care immediately since it is not a fumble anyway.
