FINALLY!!!!! a 3rd down stop BUT giving up a 3rd and 20 is something that better stop soon. I don't care who is out ANY pro defense should stop a 3rd and 20.
Although I don't know if Belichick has confidence in the defense, but most coaches would decline a penalty on third down if you stop the from converting unless it 3rd and 1 or less.
Our D is so bad, we declined a penalty to let them score 3 instead of a chance to get a 1st down and score 7. lol. This is gonna be a long day for our D.
