Game Day Thread The Official Patriots vs Falcons Game Thread

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

No soft end of the half prevent defense stuff here.
It's particularly frustrating isn't it? A plan is, for the large part working so the Patriots deviate from that.

Defense!! Get a turnover!!

Need a turnover and have Tom drive us to a TD.

Is it me or are they killing us off screen passes to the backs?

screens? Simple flat routes. Tony G has been killing us as well, other than that, no complaints. Okay, Dline could maybe get their hands up on some of these but other than that...

I think they’re playing underneath to counteract are focus on the deep ball, and it is effective, the problem for them is when they get into the red zone the deep threat is no longer an option so we shut them down.

Defense just turned to complete and utter crap here...

People wouldn't even be talking about Gonzalez if Gronk was playing. This offense could go to new heights when he's back.

Imagine having to give extra attention to him and leaving Dobson and Thompkins 1 on 1 on the outside.....

Then you throw Amendola in the mix, suddenly Denver ain't the only offense getting recognition.

Defense needs to make a stand here.

Run D leaves a lot to be desired.

letdown by the defense

Tom was off by mile on that last attempt. Needs to work on his timing and accuracy on when his receivers are breaking off their routes. That would've been a huge gain as the defender was way off balance.

How in the h**l do you know that? If anyone was off it was prolly the WR. TB puts it where the play calls.

In fairness, a lot defenses do it. I just don't get why.

WTG, Nink.

It's called chemistry my friend. Of all the QB's who are in sync with receivers, few look better than Brady when he is.

I'm sorry, but Brady's accuracy has been off this year. He has stalled two drives so far with poor 3rd down throws, both to Thompkins. He needs to be better.

Patriots injury update: RB Brandon Bolden (knee), return questionable.
