It was a first down. I'm really confused as to why it wasn't 1st and 25 though, can anyone explain that? They mark the first down, then assess the penalty, and then mark the distance at 1st and 10? I thought as soon as the first down was gained, the first down marker was set, then a 15 yard penalty made it 1st and 25. Weird.
