I don't know about you guys, but I didn't agree with any of the PI calls that happened today both against us and for us. Jesus, I think if someone sneezes on a receiver these days, it's going to get called.

As long as they are calling it the same both ways (which they seemed to be) I am fine with it.

The team won and showed improvement in doing so. Tampas record sucks but they are probably the most talented team we've played. I'm stoked.

I think that it depends on who the refs are. Triplett's crew is notorious for pass interference penalties.

I don't think that invalidates what I'm saying, it's been apparent these last few games so I wouldnt dismiss it as a one off. QBs like Roethlisburger and Manziel thrive off of chaos but it ruins Brady, I think one can alleviate it but it would have to be done through practice, purposefully creating chaotic situations that force him to have to adjust on the fly.

What you're saying is a bunch of nonsense.

Or to put it another way, when Amendola was out there and getting to the spots he was supposed to, Brady wasn't having any problem finding him and getting him the ball.

It's not age. He's not throwing ducks out there. He's not forgetting assignments.

He was pressured. He was hurried on a couple throws. And he just made some flat-out bad throws. 23 year old Brady made a lot of bad throws.

When Peyton isn't throwing tight spirals and his balls are floating at Mile High... that is age+injury.

I don't contribute any of Brady's failings today to his age.

This game reminded of the good ole days, when brady used to spread the ball and only threw it to the open man.

The bucs had no idea of where brady was going to throw to next.

I seriously doubt it. What has Brady faced but utter chaos in 2013? I can't think of a Peyton or other fine QB adapting better. Rthlsbrgr's like Favre's game is improvising after the play breakdown. Completely different style of QB play and design of offense.

Some of you act like Brady has never missed a pass or had a bad game before (and this wasnt a bad game.) There are people in this fanbase that just need to ***** about something after every game and I guess it's Brady this week.

And the funny thing is Brady completed just about 70% of his passes today too. It isn't like last week when he was under 50%.

Tb is a human being, not a machine. Geez. You do realize the other team gets paid to win too, right?. Enuff already. Brady played great.

What we're learning, I think, is that a lot of fans don't understand how a precision multiple-option, multiple-read passing offense is different from a more standard style of offense.

who gives a crap about bradys stats? This is the best overall team ball the patriots have played since 04.

The defense doesn't rely on brady to blow teams out and keep them off the field.

2007 ruined the mentality of the patriot fanbase .

TB played great today, not perfect, but a solid game overall.
I still don't know how he missed two wide open guys for a sure TD, when he threw to Sudfeld on the sideline. Have to rewatch the play to see if he was being pressured. Sure there are other plays he could have thrown the ball better, but he did well against a solid defense.

Brady threw a RZ pick that was his fault, looking at his target and throwing into double coverage. Said it will haunt him all week long.
Earlier he had 2 targets wide open for a TD while again forcing an incomplete to Sudfield.

That's not playing "great" but > 2/3rds completions, 2 TDs and a well managed W is at the very least good. Just not very good for a TFB.

No comment on Arrington getting the nod on the outside in the first?

I know my wife told me to stuff it a few times while screaming at the television.

I don't understands the management's confidence in him as an outside corner. Time and Time again he had proven to be brutal. Yet here he was again today. Gave up play after play and cost the team 3 points. Also cost me significant liver damage...

Michael Giardi ?@MikeGiardi 19m

Sebastian Vollmer seen leaving Gillette with a boot on his foot.

With Svitek not yet healthy hopefully this won't keep him out.

Best Post of the young season. I absolutely agree with you. People want to see that 2007 season again. I was guilty of it too. But I stopped feeling that way after losing the second Super Bowl to the Giants. It's great to have a high flying offense, but you still need defense and special teams to win Championships. IMHO, this was a one dimensional football team for a while. All offense, and not much else. Even Special Teams were shaky at times. This season I see a more balanced team taking shape. A Defense (that could be dominant, time will tell), an efficient offense and special teams (hopefully we will see both show up from week to week). Who knows, by the end of the season we might see a dominant defense and an efficiently good offense. I think that's good enough to win games and win Championships.

The patriots current defense may not be great, but they're playing with the confidence of a unit that's been there before.

It's almost as baffling as Blount on kick returns.

Disappointed in the crowd today after the 1st quarter after watching seattle's 12th man last week trying to set a guiness record last week
