The Official Patriots vs Bills Game Thread

Saints vs Falcons is a good battle.

You could say the same thing about the bills as well.

Really so were just going to act like Kyle Arrington "slipped" his way into 2 forced fumbles...idiots out in full force today

I think thompkins looked pretty good....however, he had HORRIBLE field awareness......Typical rook bullsH8T!!!!

The rookie factor is definitely in full effect, as is Pettine's transformation of the Bills defense. I expected that their defense would make things tough for the Patriots, but some of these mistakes only compound the issues at hand.

Ridley can't hold onto the ball.

Thompkins looks lost.

Sudfeld and Hooman non factors (only in negative way).

Amendola injured.

The kids need to grow up fast.

This stadium has had alot fo fluky **** happening last few years. This year both TO's were due to slippage and wierd bounces, last year I remember it was a game due to some fumbling and missing easy FG's, until we pulled away in the 2nd half. 2011 obviously was riddled with To's and one pick-six bouncing off someone's helmet. Hopefully our offense once again is better than what they're showing, the only reason this is close really boils down to the 2 fluky mistakes.

The Patriots have forced TOs. Both turnovers the Bills benefited from were unforced -- i.e. pure luck.

Am I the only one who doesn't feel too bad with the way this game has gone so far?

- Given that our offense consists of last year's WR3, TE3, a new slot starter and a slew of rookies, I'm just happy that we are generating offense. The Bills were all over us early, but I definitely saw improvement as the second quarter dragged on. I think it's important to note that several stalldriving plays and turnovers were caused by rookie mistakes. We can realistically expect these to decline as they get more game time experience.

- The obvious exception to this thus far today has been Ridley, who has looked explosive, fast, and completely reckless with the football. I really like Ridley, but I question how long Bill will tolerate this, especially when Vereen is a great alternative at the moment. Let's hope he locks it down, because I think his upside purely as a running back is higher than Vereen's.

- Our defense has largely looked fantastic today, and NOT because they're playing a poor O. I've been especially impressed with how we've shut down the running game so far, especially in short yardage situations. Let's hope it continues into the the second half.

More than anything I'm just happy to watching football again. Onto the third quarter! :rocker:

gawd is that sideline woman awful. I really don't care for any of the sideline idiots, but unattractive and a horrible grating voice completes the package of what i don't want interrupting my game viewing.

Dierdorf sucks too, but that's an old story.

giant momentum shift

WTG, Vince.

was waiting for manuel to run. dont think BB prepared for that.

Mayo slow in coverage

We are gonna lose this game. ******* ****
