Ignorelist: 54 and counting. I just pray I don't get hit with the username AtkinsGilberry

They will win this game, but surprising how they cannot get guys open agianst this patchwork secondary. Rookies have disappeared.

Brady is second worst QB rating for today, ahead of Fitz.

Yes I am a Pats fan. That is why I come to a Pats fans messageboard. I do not go to the Welker fan messageboard on Sundays.

As I do not work for the Pats or Welker, I am not sure what really happened except for the end result of Welker playing for another team.

You made definitive statements before but now you say "I am not sure". So you choose to ridicule others statements based on what? The knowledge you admit you don't possess?

why? it's a non-conf. game .. What's the big deal?

The Pats know the Broncos, know Manning and will be able to match up with them later this year.

I don't like the matchup next week.

This is the biggest bunch of garbage I've ever heard. We've got the best Punt Returner in NHL History there.

I didn't know Edelman can skate. I'd love to see The Little Ball of Hate returning punts for the Patriots. While they're at it, I'd love to see Zdeno Chara play tight end until Gronk returns!

I am happy to be 3-3 it could have been worse in the wrong way

The pats usually won games like this when they were winning championships.

With the Air Brady show and all those great regular season stats: 0 championships

And based on what some of our own fans are saying, we can only dream and hope other teams are as dumb and forget who Tom Brady is and think we can only win with our D.

That would be awesome.

Get thru the Bengals game then worry about next week...

I wish our special teams could give us a spark once in a while. For years, our special teams has been high school caliber

Our special teams just got us 3 points in a game where only 6 have been scored. If the Bengals get the ball near the 20 for their second to the last drive, they try to score instead of running out the clock, and we probably don't use time outs.

There is no special teams in the NFL any more, except the punting game. Most kickoffs are out of bounds, and even ones that aren't, the best you can do is start 8 yards deep in your own end zone, with the kicking team being five yards closer to get to you.

Wow, we are 4-0 and the sky is falling.. Gronk not playing, danny rusty, ridley out, vareen out, rookie wr s. Team is doing pretty good. Come November, team should be healthy and running on all cylinders.

The smilie had a purpose you know. I wasn't being serious.

But IF we get past the Bengals......we can also continue thinking about "IT"

Keep "IT" going.

Except this time we'll do it by winning every game by less than 3, OT matches and double overtimes.

I agree with you 100%

The good thing about games like this is the learning experience. Being in a dogfight like this will get 'em better prepared for these types of games later on in the season and in the playoffs.

You want to be a championship, you gotta win these ballgames. The best ones always finds a way to get it done, even when it ain't pretty.

It's week five, calm down. The offense still may not be elite even down the road, but it will certainly better.
It is my nature to be calm. However, the current incarnation of the Pats offense is as I said ..... lousy. Hopefully they get better as time progresses.

IMO, one of the things that makes BB an elite coach rather than just a great one week to week is his in-game adjustments. I confidently expect (read: desperately hoping) for a drastically different look on O this half.

Halftime thoughts:

Honestly we're fortunate to be tied right now, given our struggles. And that fumble was picked up in a pretty good spot for Cincy, I didn't see who made the tackle but that really could have been a disastrous play. Now we need to assert ourselves in the 2nd half and win this thing.

Aside from the fumble, I think Blount's been great today. He is slow as **** but somehow seems to make the most of his runs and is finally falling forward like I've been waiting to see from him. I hope he gets the ball alot in the 2nd half along with Bolden as they are having success on the ground.

Not sure what's going on with the pass protection but Jesus get it together.

This is the type of game that highlights why you always defer when you win the toss. When your offense struggles at the start and you're building momentum going into halftime, you want a chance to take control and start the 2nd half with the ball. Not sure WTF BB was thinking today but that hurts us here, hope that doesn't happen again.

Thompkins - won't kill him for dropping that ball since it was a tough grab, BUT incredibly dumb to get up and run in to the end zone. You wasted about 20 more seconds and blew the shot at a quick snap before the review. And the worst part is, he knows more than anyone he dropped it so just an inexcusable lapse in awareness.

For a player that might matter... fans can look ahead as much as they want.

I wish some people would watch the game close to a cliff. Why do people whine about a game that hasn't even concluded and we're not out of time.

wtf? The CBS station here at the hotel I am in in Stony Brook, LI has a Humana infomercial on?

They make more money on that that the NFL?

Where can I get this game streaming?

Wow that kick just died in flight...
