AWFUL pick. Just awful. I can't wait to watcu all the homers with only cursory knowledge of college football defend this one. We need help at OL, WR, RB, and CB and we reached for a mediocre, unathletic safety? ************.

I'm not going to defend the pick, but I will simply say that the Patriots often disagree wildly with our views on what are/n't needs/opportunities.

Duron Harmon and Tavon Wilson competition? BB is the master of emotional swings. Right when you think he's going to do the obvious, he flips it on you and does the complete opposite.

Let's hope Richards is a better selection than the aforementioned two.

I am a little surprised that we picked a safety when there were some pretty good O-lineman available. We'll need to address that position soon

Yeah BB knows much better than I but why another free safety? I'm pretty happy with Harmon right now. You'd think OL or CB.

Most Patriots pick ever. Would bug the hell out of me, but the Pats just won a SB two months ago so I really can't complain. It's kinda funny really.

Was hoping Marpet would fall to us, and once he went I was hoping for Duke Johnson. Safety is a need, but I'm skeptical that Richards will help much.

Cool, so when we're shoehorning Cam Fleming into LG and Wendell is getting bowled over at RG, we'll have a small unathletic safety to back up Harmon. Awful

He's not. He's a less athletic Pat Chung. Hopefully he can at least contribute on special teams.
