As Heath Evans put it:

Evans agrees. He said Saban tried to ''squeeze me into a blocking back role,'' when Evans thought he offered so much more. And he's on a team that expects more.

''This team is totally different than Miami,'' Evans said. "The way we're coached and pressed, the caliber of the leadership on the team. It's just different.''

That's one of the key differences between BB and other coaches (even ones in his tree)--he figures out what his players can do, and works around that, rather than designing a plan and forcing his players into it. He saves the forcing players into plans for the Patriots' opponents.

I love how 500 of the 600 votes want wes welker back. Um, did they trade him away? I mean, it wasn't like he left for more money somewhere else.
