I guess I missed the yearly Belichick press conference where he offered his assessment of other teams drafts and draft picks. The things you guys make up are hilarious.

Belichick said it on MaCafee’s broadcast of the draft as it happened, nothing was “ made up.” That was a direct quote, go ahead and look at it for yourself, it’s been posted here numerous times.

I have defended Belichick for years and years, however the ******** being slung to make him perfect is too much for me to stomach. He’s the greatest coach of all time, and I believe it took Belichick, Brady, and a whole host of others to make those 6 Lombardi’s happen. But he’s not ****ing Saint Bill, breathing life into the dead, although that would explain Wozzy, saving babies from burning buildings while feeding and providing shelter to all in need of it. He’s seriously flawed in many respects, and treating his players like **** is just one example of it. He also did a very poor job with the team after Brady left, and he deserved to be fired when he was fired. I wish him well at UNC, but I’m not going to sit here and watch his devotees make **** up about him out of thin air.

That’s where it started for me, with the effort to make him Saint Bill.

Patriots never win a SB. Brady goes there and they insantly win and have a dynasty despite massive turn over. Tampa Bay doesn't win a SB in nearly two decades and is historically one of the losingest sports franchises. Brady goes there and wins a SB right away.

Bill Belichick has 1 playoff win in 11 years without Brady.
