Tito is the ultimate scapegoat, but from his interview I really believe that it was Tito that made the front office's job easier because he seems like a man that is content with his decision.

Can't argue with the 2 world series and legacy of winning Francona left at Boston. Would be pleased to see an entire regime change, Tito and Theo both moving on to greener pastures and a new Manager and GM brought in with different perspectives on the team.

Deep down inside I worry that this is mostly about Tito's long list of health problems becoming unmanageable. I hope it ain't.
