For wells this is just more proof that Brady wants balls deflated. urging Jez to deflate them at all costs. which of course if it is after refs is illegal. And this is why this system of justice is bs. In Greece we say.." he has the knife and the watermelon"

We are all assuming, hoping that logic will prevail. Of course if logic was involved we never would have got this far.

Don't really see people assuming or hoping. I see people seeing the report for what is, a NFL directed narrative that will be ripped apart in court

The NFL is gonna suspend one of the faces of the league over the last decade and a half because some lawyer didn't believe him when he said he didn't know McNally's name because he knows him as "Bird" and was also butthurt because Brady didn't want to hand over his private property. Which any good lawyer would tell him not to hand it over.

They're gonna suspend him for that? Because that's all they have against Brady. Which is weak at best and they know it.

Yeah, I don't know how the only piece of evidence that references psi is this text message and it's ignored.

The logical events I see is that:

1. Brady was pissed he had 16 psi balls because the refs overinflated them
2. He has equipment buy show them rules where it is 12.5-13.5 and tells them he wants 12.5
3. Refs are still sloppy and overinflate and Brady tells them they better not bring him any more overinflated balls from the refs

The key is #3. Did Brady directly order the Code Red or is it simply inferred "by any means necessary"?

The sad part is that, like spygate, the fine details of this are being glossed over and the unsupported narrative, which is easily regurgitated by the public, is going to be the dominating one.
