I think this game has a lot of pressure on Tom. When you lose in the divisional round, yes it hurts but losing the super bowl after being so close is downright painful. Walking off the field while the confetti with the other team’s colors is falling down is painful. If we win on Sunday, Tom will be 6-3 in the super bowl and nobody will deny even if they hate that he’s the greatest nfl player of all time. If we lose, people will still say he’s the best quarterback ever but there will be a big what if question like what if he had beaten foles, the rams and Eli? I think it’s crucial that we win this game for Tom most importantly. SB 49 was big because we hadn’t won one in 10 years and everyone was wondering if he still had it and it’s safe to say that he proved them wrong. SB 51 proved that he could win the game while on the field on the last play. But I think this next one is more important than even SB 49 was. If we win, it’ll silence the haters and they’ll squirm but if we lose, it’ll be more fodder for them. Let’s hope we play a complete game and get it done.

Win or lose I keep coming back to 9! Superbowls. 9. Like good God man there was a time I would have been happy with 1. Next closest player has 5. **** at this point you have to compare Brady to franchises not other players....oh wait....he still wins. Brady is closer to lapping the field then caring about his W/L record.

Just a quick reality check, win or lose, life goes on. It might be painful if we lose, but if a super bowl loss is on your life’s top 100 disaster list, you might wanna see someone.

If we lose the haters will use it as a chance to yuk it up but it has no impact on Tom's legacy.

I also agree that there is a lot of pressure on Tom Brady to win the Super Bowl.

How could there be more legacy pressure on Brady? Every first time starter has the chance for a disappointing Matt Ryan legacy. As for this hysteria about potentially losing a SB, you can’t win one without risking a loss. Glad the Patriots players aren’t as scared as most fans by idiot PFT trolls, Stephen A. Smith hot takes, and reading message boards of opposing fans, filled with the most anxiety-ridden haters in the univserse.

No pressure on Tom or patriots at all. Tom's legacy is cemented. Major accomplishment this year just to get to the game. Beating the chiefs was a tremendous accomplishment.

Pressure is all on rams. If they lose, people will say that they should not have been in the game any way if not for egregious officiating non call. Rams are built to win it this year. If they lose, cap hell is approaching and they may not be back

I said this last year too (and every year actually), but I want to win this one so bad. For a lot of reasons. But for me, it's more of shutting the haters up. I live outside of Patriots Nation and it is non stop Patriot bashing around here. I love us winning and being successful and it would be a huge boost. Plus, I would love to be able to tell my daughter when she's older I witnessed 6 Super Bowl victories, all by the same coach/QB combo.

Ask the gamblers...

Put money down , then " oh shyt, what if he sprains a gonad..? " . Naaah, it's a lock.. ! Kinda... Better get some smokes... Let's see . Start drinking noon , no 11.. yup . Ok ..go paaaattts..!!!

Best way to win 5 or 6 super bowls?

Play in nine of them.

We're good.

It is definitely in my top 10 disaster list....

I'll make an appointment.....
