Mahomes is an outlier in that he doesn’t have a peer with his level of play right now. I think JG is an elite QB. Shanahan is 4-20 without him and 20-5 with him. How else could you possibly better define elite QB?

Eye test. Ability to throw the ball. Accuracy. Mobility. How a guy responds in tough moments. Mahomes is better than Jimmy G. And the Chiefs better get his contract done ASAP before guys like Prescott and Watson get paid. $42 million per year for Mahomes will look like a bargain in a few years.

I'm not saying the Niners get blown out. But one QB is going to make a critical turnover at an inopportune time. And I'm convinced it'll be Jimmy G.

I’m convinced that turnover comes from Mahomes against the 49ers defense and not Garoppolo against that Chiefs “defense.” Hope we’ll get to see it play out one way or another, in a close game.

Feel we’ve seen this so many times. Juggernaut unstoppable offense goes up against a fast dynamic defense. Defense wins every time.

Should be a good game, hoping the 49ers win. Most people are not giving them a chance, hope that motivates them, Jimmy sat behind Brady for a few years so he knows first hand how the Patriots use motivation to their advantage. Hopefully he has learnt from the best !

I’m watching the #SuperBowl2020 Fox pregame show like I’m sure most of you are, and I’ve heard “the Patriots” or “Tom Brady” 732 times in the last hour in a championship tournament where NE didn’t even reach the final eight. Too funny. Makes my smile smile.

Yep...I think this game comes down to a handful of sack opportunities and whether or not SF can capitalize or Mahomes can be a magician. Seems to be the expert take on it as well. I think they’ll get to him because their coverage will also present problems.

Pregame Prediction:

49ers 34
Chiefs 20

I think the only certainty is KC will get roasted on the ground by SF, and when they try to overcompensate, JG/Kittle will torch them.
