Tonight is easy. Jets lose and the Sanchize comes back down to earth.
Hopefully the Vikes peak this evening and put a whole lot of hurt on the evil and much despised Rats. Then they suck for the rest of the year, bottoming out week 7.

In all seriousness. With all the passion and lust of a home Philly crowd, I will be rooting for exploding tendons, a couple of ACLs, and a concussion or two.

I approve of this message. Cheering for Favre or cheering for the Jets, I feel dirty either way. Can I cheer for a tie, a long, physical, hard hitting tie, no serious injuries, but one of those games that feel like you will feel it for a few days or even weeks.

The last time I felt this way was when the Jets faced the Colts in the AFCCG,You couldn't have it both ways

I think it's really two different situations though.

The AFCCG was not going to have an affect on the Pats as their season was over. On the other hand the outcome of this game at the very minimum has an affect on the Pats season short term as it moves the team into either 1st or 2nd place in the division; at the end of the season it could have very real implications for the Pats' playoff hopes/seeding.
