Saw on Reddit that Diggs started following Drake Maye on Instagram. He’s as good as signed!

Sounds like Ramos is still better than GrilledCheese Sandwich and Sharks of Vegas. The Board is improving.FYI Ramos is not plugged in.

Felger hated Moss because Felger is/was a Packer fan and when Moss was with the Vikings he used to absolutely kill the Packers especially early in his career. Also Moss did the "mooning TD celebration" to the Packer fans in Lambeau Field.Felger was constantly complaining about Moss right from the day that the Patriots traded for him (for a 4th round pick, BTW!). Felger did not give many reasons except that he did not like him. Maybe he thought that Moss was a locker room cancer (which he was not) or maybe Felger thought he was a primadonna (all good WRs are primadonnas but Moss was not so much) or some other reason, but Felger was on Moss's case from Day One. Remember that there was very little to complain about as far as the Patriots in those days so Felger was grasping at straws. Felger's haranguing was obnoxious and uncalled for and hurt the Patriots.
Correct.Felger hated Moss because Felger is/was a Packer fan and when Moss was with the Vikings he used to absolutely kill the Packers especially early in his career. Also Moss did the "mooning TD celebration" to the Packer fans in Lambeau Field.

Polk has the best hands in the game. I know because I heard him say it.that's not a fact
but it's a good sign
I think, once the first domino of this veteran WR market falls, the others will follow.
Sign him. Even if it's expensive, sign him.
Andy is Ring 6, he used to have the name Andy Johnson before he forgor his password
Polk is worse than a Jag. He is not "just another guy" he's literally worse than every other guy
I like Moss even more after hearing Felger hates him.Felger hated Moss because Felger is/was a Packer fan and when Moss was with the Vikings he used to absolutely kill the Packers especially early in his career. Also Moss did the "mooning TD celebration" to the Packer fans in Lambeau Field.

Everything. What was Felger complaining about when Moss was in NE?
Your experience with him is definitely different than mine, but to each his ownPolk has the best hands in the game. I know because I heard him say it.
Andy seems to rub some folks the wrong way, but imho he's one of the best posters here when it comes to discussing topics without getting personal. I admire that. I remember when I first posted here 10+ years ago he reminded me of Bruce Lee taking out 10 fighters at a time. Nothing has happened to change my mind.
Diggs is more than just a good WR when healthy. Sign the beast.
I don't remember the specifics like you do, but I do remember the bizarre press conference saying it was his last year or something. And this is where I look for the leaders in Brady to talk Moss out of whatever he was doing. Moss was delusional thinking he was going to get big money at his age. He was in a good situation as the Pats got two additional impact rookies in Gronk and Hernandez. I believe I read or heard Moss say he regrets what he did in NE.Moss wanted a new contract in 2009 for big money. Bill told him no. He wanted one again at the start of 2010. He was 33 and his play and effort were in decline. Bill said no. He sulked all TC and the start of the season. His effort became even more lacking and it came to a head vs MIA. Week 4. He was dogging it and Moss went after O'Brien at 1/2 time telling him his play calls suck. He was traded.
This was a situation where I think they could've come to an agreement where had Branch reports and the Pats repay his fines as it was adding up close to what he would've made that season. And like Samuel, the Pats would agree to not franchise tag him.Branch wanted more money. Age and level of play weren't the issue here. Bill didn't think Branch was worth the money he wanted. Pats offered 3/18 8m in guarantees and SEA gave him 6/39 13m in guarantees. He was 27. He held out of camp and didn't dog it on the field like Moss.

Moss explained why he did against Green Bay. It was because Packers fans are notorious for mooning players on the team bus.Everything.
He was ass-mad about the fake pulling-down-his-pants thing against his Green Bay Packers like Joe Buck, and that colored every mention of him.
Yep, and it's true.Moss explained why he did against Green Bay. It was because Packers fans are notorious for mooning players on the team bus.
The media is more powerful than we think. If they want a player or HC gone, they will be gone.Yep, and it's true.
But you asked why Felger hated Moss the whole time he was here. That's why. It's that petty.
Agree- He did regret it. With age comes wisdom and patience.I don't remember the specifics like you do, but I do remember the bizarre press conference saying it was his last year or something. Agree but after his 2006 season he did not live up to his contract. Was always hurt. This was a situation where I think they could've come to an agreement where had Branch reports and the Pats repay his fines as it was adding up close to what he would've made that season. And like Samuel, the Pats would agree to not franchise tag him.
No question. Brady is throwing to him instead of Brown and the game is at home. They also win if the have Rodney and f-ing Eric Alexander isn't in coverage.Pats win a Super Bowl with Branch on the Pats in 2006.
They've been trying to trade Jaylen Brown for half a decade, because he doesn't put up with their ********.The media is more powerful than we think. If they want a player or HC gone, they will be gone.
Not sure if I was clear, but what I meant was that Branch returns for his last season in 2006 and then the Pats let him walk which would've opened the door for Welker, Stallworth and then Moss.Agree but after his 2006 season he did not live up to his contract. Was always hurt.
Does anyone else remember the Ravens were 13-3 that year and the #2 seed? I had to look back and refresh my memory. They were 10-2 in the AFC so the Pats would've had to go 14-2 to get the #2 seed at worst. The Ravens were one of those teams with a fraudulent record that nobody took seriously and lost they first playoff game. Colts would've gone to SD in the 2nd round and Pats would've played the dreaded Ravens. No question. Brady is throwing to him instead of Brown and the game is at home. They also win if the have Rodney and f-ing Eric Alexander isn't in coverage.
I don't follow the Celtics much, but I've heard from you guys on the board that Brown and even Tatum were taking a lot of heat. They've been trying to trade Jaylen Brown for half a decade, because he doesn't put up with their ********.
Jay, you either have a broken satire-sarcasm meter or you play that game so much better than 1960Pats that you got me.Your experience with him is definitely different than mine, but to each his own

I agree. I do believe BB realized he f-ed up with Branch which is why he went on a WR shopping spree. He also said he felt Tom acended to elite-QB status and was now at a level in which he could maximize the talent at the position. Not sure if I was clear, but what I meant was that Branch returns for his last season in 2006 and then the Pats let him walk which would've opened the door for Welker, Stallworth and then Moss.
Yep. Ravens had McNair at QB. Quality team and D but not at the Colts or NEP level.Does anyone else remember the Ravens were 13-3 that year and the #2 seed? I had to look back and refresh my memory. Not any more. #18 cooled that.I don't follow the Celtics much, but I've heard from you guys on the board that Brown and even Tatum were taking a lot of heat.
