Great coordinators don't necessarily become good coaches. I beleive that there is exactly ONE team looking for a head coach. The Steeler DC (Lebeau?) isn't even getting a look because the other nine teams decided not to wait.

LeBeau was the Bengals' HC for a fairly short time (a couple of years I think).
