When maye was listed as questionable with a head injury that was a golden opportunity to shut him down for the season. But of course we trot him right back out there
Yes. Then that hip tackle by Derwin James had the makings of a serious injury waiting to happen. Luckily, Maye’s feet were off the ground.

Incorrect.
No you are wrong
"My shoulder is out of whack. I'm not even gonna lie to you," Lamb said after the Cowboys' win over the Buccaneers on Sunday. "I'm just out there battling and doing what I gotta do

"I can't say enough about his resiliency and toughness," McCarthy said. "Just look at the Tampa Bay game. It was on full display. Obviously, it was something that he dealt with on and off throughout the year. After all the scans and the exam, it was clearly something that is, it's a bigger injury today than it was this time last week. It was our decision to shut him down."

Simple Google search will tell you that he was available to play if they had something to play for.

It's ok to take the L. You'll be alright.

I like it. But, what if he does good?
If he does good the team can trade him for OL/WR help. The only acceptable way for the Pats to win is if Milton plays well enough to generate serious trade interest.

He is injured. He is not playing because he is injured.
Making up
Alternate scenarios rather than admitting you are wrong does you no good. You are wrong, you are 100% wrong. Case closed.

Wrong.

They said he would probably play if they had something to play for.

He is injured. No one said he had nothing to play for but you.

Do you have a legitimate reason for why you speak in absolutes? I don't want to bully someone who has legitimate reasons for how they communicate.

He injured that shoulder several weeks ago and has been playing with basically one arm the whole season.
Players play through injury all the time.
Maye had a head injury last week - you'd have a difficult time proving that not starting him is 'tanking'.

That's the point I was making.

Because it is absolute. No one has said he would be playing if he had something to play for. He has been injured and the injury got worse.
You are trying to divert the conversation from Lamb sitting out and Matt sitting out would be 2 entirely different things by trying to say stupid **** like “he’s hurt not injured” or just plain make things up.

Sports illustrated did not say what you are claiming, and it was an off-handed comment not an analysis.

Your source didn't say otherwise my friend. Stop digging the hole.

You consider Lamb sitting out with a legitimate injury to Maye sitting out healthy to throw the game.

He was cleared of the head injury and played the rest of the game. There is no doubt Roger Goodell will come after the patriots if Maye doesn’t play.

Of course it did. Thee are sources all over the place saying he’s been playing with it, it got worse so he can’t play and he is upset that it prevents him from playing.

You can't read.

If he's been ****ing playing with it he's not injured. He's hurt.

Stop. Digging. The. Hole.
