I dunno, if he's accurate in his observations, who's to stop him from posting it? After all, it's his opinion, and the SCOTUS has ruled time & again that opinions are protected speech and thus not actionable in court.

FWIW, there's areas of Portland, Maine like that too, though there's a number of Maine wombyns who would look like dykes regardless.
