Wow, this is the second time that's happened in the season. Someone pulled the fire alarm in the early morning of September 14, when the Bills played the Pats in Week 1:

It's a longstanding tradition around here. Used to happened to the Lakers every single time they were in town.

EDIT: Reiss reports it happened in Providence. The players did not have to go outside.
