Breer is their national writer. They've had no beat writer since Reiss left and Gasper became a columnist.

They had Adam Kilgore(sp?), but he left to join the Washington Post last month I think.

Was just going to post that, my mistake. Yes, he moved over from the Red Sox fill-in to the Pats beat when Reiss left. He left to cover the Nationals last month.

This means that the Globe now has Gasper (columnist), Breer (national), Shalise (beat), and Monique Walker (fill-in) on the Pats.
