Shouldn't the Patriots wait a little longer before giving away #91?

The best way to honour the jersey number 91 is for Ruud to go out there and play great football.

That would be a much better way to honour a fallen football player.

So what if Marquise Hill didn't do much on the field, he was still a member of the New England Patriots. In fact, Hill will always be more of a "Patriot" than anybody will ever be on this team. He sacrificed his own life to save another. The least the Patriots can do is retire and honor his number. Giving out his number is to a rookie is out of line, especially after one year. That's just my opinion.

You know, people didn't stop using Lake Ponchartrain or stop riding jetskis around after he died. People haven't started wearing their lifejackets more either.

The 91 was a nice gesture for a year, but what do we want? Are we upset they hadn't kept his locker set up to go with the reserved jersey number?
