Should Gaffney be starting instead of Stallworth?

Gaffney is a good receiver but stallworth is better... as i have mentioned gaffney is single covered but stallworth forces a safety to hang back and give support because of the speed.

how can you compare this ?... would you like that safety to move into the box and harass wes and watson.
