BB is, as we all know, a very smart guy. And I wouldn't be surprised if he was familiar with the classic movie Casablanca with Humphrey Bogart. In that film Claude Rains plays a wily Vichy French police chief. He shuts down Bogart's establishment because he has become aware of gambling (of course Rains has known about and participated in the gambling all along!)

Watch the clip below and see the language Rains uses. Wonder if BB is slyly referencing this scene with his language at the press conference where he said he was "shocked" to find out about the under inflated footballs.
