You’re better than that TBH.I'm glad the Pats passed on multiple firsts from the Browns. The good news is, Belichick can now draft another crappy safety.

Pretty sure Bill Polian confirmed that it was 2 firsts, 2 seconds, and JJ Watt. Just saying. If the Cleveland Browns were actually offering 2 1sts Belichick would have fed Jimmy one of those burgers they'd feed BA Baracus on the A-Team and then drive Jimmy down to Cleveland himself.
Are we able to use that 43rd pick to trade for Jimmy Garoppolo, by chance?
#JustAsking
While keeping Garoppolo was obviously impossible to do, I can’t help but wonder if the Niners would bite on the temptation of that precious 43rd pick.If I could travel back in time I'd push your mom down some stairs for that post.
I mean just like, 2-3 steps, nothing major. And then I'd yell "best of luck with the pregnancy, but he's going to annoy me sometimes" then disappear back to this timeline.
Then your mom would tell you about it and you'd read your own post above and be like 'wow, the prophecy came true'
2-3 steps carries a lot of gray area. It could be as simple as a sprained ankle. If I could travel back in time I'd push your mom down some stairs for that post.

The trade that keeps on losing..
I question if the last sentence of this is correct. In the past at least, when there was a tie resulting in a coin toss to determine draft order, the winner got the higher pick in the 1st round, then in the second round the loser got the higher pick.
