It is time to restructure Green and his $2.5M roster bonus and to extend Seymour.

The roster bonuses are do to be paid soon. Once they are paid, they won't be able to be spread over the years of the contracts.

FWIW - The Patriots could have already converted Jarvis' roster bonus. It would help explain John Clayton's salary cap status report (Pats under cap by $16.9 million).
