Seahawks sign coach Pete Carroll to extension through the 2021 season

Good for Pete since he and his team were written off earlier in the season.

Carroll's contract means he will stay as head coach of the team for at least three more seasons and into his 70s.

Pete the rete has done an outstandingly job in Seattle this year. In my mind, he is the coach of the year this year in the nfl.

Ps: really glad he is on the west coast and not anywhere near New England.
