Schiano Losing Team? 5 First Impressions of the Bucs
By: Steve Balestrieri

But reports are surfacing that Revis isn't happy with coach Greg Schiano's schemes where he's playing the vast majority of his snaps in zone....

Greg Schiano is turning into the NFL version of Rick Pitino.

You read it here first: Schiano will be the head coach at USC or the University of Texas in September 2014.

One more thing from the story in the post above: The Buccaneers better be worried about the Patriots' pass rush. Their offensive line stinks and Freeman is not exatctly the quickest decision maker in the room. I expect the Patriots defense to have a big day against these guys and continue their interception parade.

I wonder if all the speculation about "losing his team" would be out there if they were 2-0 and hadn't lost as time expired in both of their games.

I said this before, but I find it very interesting that Belichick holds a coach like Schiano is such high regard. I get the respect for how he turned around the Rutgers program, but Schiano's coaching methods, which I assume Belichick agrees with, aren't translating well to the NFL. If Belichick were to join the league today as a head coach without his accolades and experience, do you think he would be successful? Would the players respect him and his methodology?

I picked up the Pats D off the waiver wire specifically for this game. I expect a few sacks and at least one INT.
