Wonder if that is more the Patriots moving on from Fisch as his help with incorporating more Shanahan style elements into the offense wasn't the success many of us had hoped for when he was signed.

IOW, he sucked.

O'Shea was great at running our red zone offense and WRs. And the last 8 games as Miami OC they had a great offensive turnaround. So he'd be an excellent over qualified QB coach. If he wants it great. Now we have to get rid of the TE coach and OC and bring back Bill O'Brien to run the offense.

I think Troy Brown has been decent as WR coach. Meyers and Byrd both got better and Gunner as well. Harry is a lost cause that's not on Troy.

I don't believe that Troy - as much as I would Love to see that happen - is the official WRs coach...That title belongs to the incompetent, unqualified thanksdad Mickey Lombardi...
