Per Miguel, Strange's cap will be about $2.228M but since he displaces Stevenson w/ a cap of $1.012M they only need $1.216M to sign him (they currently have $142k).

Cutting Tavai yields $1.195M but he's already part of the 51. Idc, do it Bill, cut Tavai. Dude sucks.
