Not to belabor this point, but when was the last time any of you heard someone get into a fight because of too much alcohol? Yesterday?

When was the last time you heard anyone get into a fight because of too much marijuana in their system?...

Nicotine is also the number one addictive drug and the number one drug that kills.

"marijuana" and "cocaine, heroin, crack" are only put in the same class by people who have never really smoked it. Marijuana is no where near as addictive as nicotine, alcohol, cocaine, heroin, or crack. I'm not suggesting to force anyone to smoke it, just to be a little more informed about it beyond the "book smarts" one gets from getting all his/her information from books, tv, radio, and the like should you choose to champion an anti weed stance in a debate or a messageboard.

Very very seldom to people die from being addicted to marijuana. Not even close to the amount that die from alcohol and tobacco. Those that do smoke marijuana do not necessarily move on to much more dangerous drugs like coke, crack, etc. Those that do move on to these drugs likely have a propensity for addiction. Moving on to harder drugs does not have as much to do with marijuana as you might think. The root of the problem is not weed with people like this, it is a general addictive type of personality.

Good point. Except, no one has ever died from weed. The rest, yup. In fact, studies are continuosusly showed the weed to be less invasive to continued human persistance than legal alternatives.
