I don't think either are worth an offer sheet. Washington could become good, but if I remember correctly he was pretty old when he was drafted so I would rather just have a rookie WR with the 3rd rounder it would cost for him.

Morey has turned into a pretty good ST player. If we can get him for nothing, I'd pick him up for WR insurance if we get hammered with injuries this year.

What about Shaun McDonald? He's worth more than Kelley Washington, in all honest. And Morey isn't worth an offer sheet. He's a special teams ace and that's it.
