I had the Tennessee and Arizona games were on my DVR, but someone deleted them before I had a chance to record them.

I might still have those games on my dvr, but how do you record them usually? I have an older dvd recorder (looks like a vcr), but you cannot record in hd. If you could enlighten me I would be thrilled, and could probably help you out as well.
