Yea it depends on the motions. If the agent had (purposely) loose lips and floated the $$ to HOU and HOU back-channeled $$$ thru a 3rd party then that is tampering.If they tried to redo his deal and Caserio’s agent let it get out that they had a better offer that may have been the indicator.
