The HR was alright - with a 4 run lead and no one on, pitch to contact - be in the zone. The walk sucked.

That was a big inning for both teams. The Red Sox stop any more damage from being done and the Astros finally get a run. Both were equally important to both teams.

In baseball for some reason a 3 run deficit is much more likely to overcome than a 4 run deficit. The astros need to be feeling good about that. As do the Sox. Both teams were probably happy to trade a run for another 3 outs at this point.

I was at a bar in game 7 '03, loudly counting down the outs. When I shouted "five", guys looked at me with the "don't jinx it" stare.

I'll never count down outs again.
