Thats down 2. Lost hime field advantage and with Price’s history this may be a 4 game sweep. This team just isn’t good enough.

Problem starts at the top. Mookie flat out refuses to do whats needed. If the MVP isn’t going to produce at all...then you are kinda screwed.

I seriously believe JD Martinez turned this team around this year, not a resurgent Mookie. Mookie can't hit in the clutch. Look at Springer's post season numbers! JD is the true MVP of the AL this year and the Sox.

I started coming around on that when teams started shifting Betts in mid August and he kept pulling it into the shift. It’s not that Mookie can’t hit in the clutch, he can’t hit when pitched too. I stated this a few pages back and got flamed. My point then was if you can pitch to him he will try to pull everything. You can make him a .180 hitter.

Guess what he’s hitting in the post season?
