Randy Moss on 'dirty' play

I wouldnt think he meant to hurt Tom on purpose, but he was down, and lunged for the knee. The video doesnt lie. I'm curious as to why he stated to the press, that it was unintentional, and that he immediately apologized to Tom right after the play. He stated that he didnt walk away. However, the video shows that he got up, looked at Tom, and then walked away. hmmm...

didn't look dirty, the player is just going for the sack with a rb on his back

it also didn't look like he apologized for the hit, unless it was a shout

It was not dirty, however wasnt there a rule you cant hit below the knee's..
