God I hope the people who go don't wave those things. The only thing more annoying than a Steelers fan waving a stupid towel is a Pats fan acting like a Steelers fan by waving a stupid towel.....

Just my opinion.

What's the big deal? If it gets the crowd fired up and loud, I'm all for it.

But the towels would probably be best used for trying to keep some part of yourself dry tonight. Good luck to everyone going tonight, stay dry (as much as possible) and loud!

The last time I remember them doing this was the 2011 AFCCG. That game turned out well. I don't remember if they did last year though

Same here. If a stupid towel gets the crowd up and roaring even harder than they would have without it, then so be it. I'm for it.
