NFLN was doing a little wrap up of the sounds of the week. BB talking with Manning tells him "I had a captains meeting this AM - half of them didn't show. Half of them...that's leadership. LOL

Then at practice he tells the assembled team "look, I know this is an exhibition game - but that doesn't mean it has to look like a junior highschool scrimmage..."
