The best part of this article is that it was written.
The Pats SHOULD be held up as a positive example in a LOT of ways. In this case it was sustainable growth strategies. While the 3 lessons the author proposed to his audience (1: they align perception with expectation; 2: they know how to build a team, and it is not about the resume; 3: they understand diversity drives growth), it held no new info for the people who already read these pages and follow this team - though it MIGHT be more illuminating to the great unwashed who only have the BSPN's of the world to create their perception of the Patriots.
It is short, simplistic, but an enjoyable read if only to see the Pats get some well deserved appreciation outside the sports world.
