Patsies - a big fat Zero

****sdirt - whatever they want, but for the record let's say 33

35-26 Patriots.

Hate to go here....but our OL is awful and Pitt will blitz all day and get pressure on Brady ...they will double up Gronk and refs will call offensive PI on him whenever they get the chance.....and lastly we don’t have any big time WR like Edelman that can get open and make the tough catch AT WILL!!.....on other side our D has struggled to stop the run and Bell will probably have big day.....and then there is Brown.....we will keep him on some kind of short leash....but he will make some big time plays anyways and probably draw a lot of PI....Because squealers have shoddy defense tho....Pats should keep it close....Go Pats!!!

My pick......

Pats 23
Squeelers 30

Post your predictions here for Week 15, New England Patriots at Pittsburgh Steelers.

This contest is open to everyone, it's both a weekly and a season-long contest. Stakes are bragging rights.

Each week I will tabulate and post the scores for the previous week's contest, as well as the cumulative season standings for those who have played every week. As a one-time allowance for computer problems, forgetfulness, or whatever, one week can be missed and will be assigned that week's average score.

Scoring:
Your score is the COMBINED deviation of your predicted score for the Pats and opponents REGARDLESS OF DIRECTION. For example, if you predict Patriots 31 Steelers 17 your score is how many points off of 31 the Pats are (over or under does not matter) PLUS how many points off of 17 the Steelers are (over or under again does not matter). Game winner does not matter. Lowest score wins.

You may change your prediction at any time before kickoff. Predictions made in other threads don't count unless they were clearly meant for this contest. Don't depend on "if this then this score, if that then this other score". Please keep this thread to predictions only, no back-and-forth discussion of the game. A short comment about your pick is OK.

Good luck!

Let me try....

COACHING: Huge advantage PATRIOTS
QB: Are you freaking serious?! We have the GREATEST QB OF ALL TIME!!

Rottenburger has been very good over career, and is having a good year ....primarily because he has one of greatest WR of all time on his side.....and agree with you.....

WR....Brown is EXCEPTIONAL, and a major game changer, and Bryant and others are performing better than our WR....so advantage Pitt there!

TE....Gronk is one of GREATEST TE of all times and is fcking PISSED.....any comparison to any squealer TE here is asinine.

RB. Bell is powerful and explosive...will be tough to stop....but Pats have seen this kind of back before and managed them well.....Meanwhile, Patriots have Lewis, Burkhead, and White....with maybe Gilleslie in there too (?)......they are MULTI DIMENSIONAL and also EXTREMELY explosive and talented......I give the advantage here.....to THE PATRIOTS!!

CB and safeties.....overall Pats are better here just slightly.....don’t expect Haden to make major impact this week.,..

DL.....Squealers......which will affect our biggest weakness which is.....our OL...which is where I predict we could lose the game.....if you can’t protect Brady and they rush/sack/get pressure on TFB during entire game.....it will be long day....

Going to be a tight game IMHO....because of HFA, and our OL Weakness which I think will benefit Pitt.....have them barely edging us!! Go Pats!!!
