The Panthers have the kind of defense that has given Brady fits over the last few years. They also have a tough run game against IMO a shaky Patriot run D. And they're at home.

So I'll just throw all conventional wisdom out and say the Pats inexplicably win 30-20.

Pats OL does enough to hold off the Panthers pass rush. Gronk, Amendola and the rookie WR will then expose their soft secondary. Pats DL is weak enough to allow a good run game for the Panthers. Cam will utilize the play action effectively. Its a wash. 28-28. OT. Whoever wins the toss wins the game. My team obviously wins it all.
