Now we can finally get WEEI and WBCN broadcast on the web (and ESPNboston), which are the best options for pre- and post- game coverage? I've got a feeling that Wrong Borges is on WBCN, which tends to make WEEI the front runner right now!

WBCN is horrible.

WEEI has been just as bad. This year they have a new cast of Doug Brown, Paul Parillo, and Tom Curran so it has a chance to be better.
