I have to say that as someone who really only comes to this message board for his football fix (no twitter, no ESPN, no sports radio), I really appreciate your constant posting of all these tweets and other news updates. I'm not sure how many other people avoid all those sources too, but I thank you for the effort.

There's no excuse for him not being able to put on some muscle this offseason. The facilities they have, plus the chefs making meals on demand...this is a bodybuilders dream.

I like it. I don't know how much is in the tank but they showed him after one of the running plays Sunday and he had a big smile on his face. If he can be serviceable and keep the penalty machine off the field it is a win.

I am no personal trainer nor nutritionist, but I think some people will always be "thin" no matter what. There was a video of Thorton deadlifting over 500lbs. in the off-season. The kid is strong. Kind of reminds me of Chet Holmgren who I think will be a great NBA player next year....
