The flip side to Goff scoring 45 was the Lions allowing Geno Smith to nearly drop a 50 burger on them.

The Lions were trailing by 2 scores throughout that game so perhaps Seattle were playing overly soft coverage.

They also gave up 235 rush yards, so our ground based attack should keep rolling. Would have been so good to have a James White/Montgomery 3rd down RB this year to help our QB situation. Would also keep Rham fresh for the 4th Q when we need him most.

The Lions were also without their stud RB and their #1 WR. If both are back, their offense can be an issue. Their D sucks.

Thats a little suprising imo given the qb health situation. Detroit is averaging 35 ppg. Their defense is bad but can we exploit that with likely zappe under center?? Hopefully vegas is right!

It is scary. I refuse to believe the Lions are hitting 34 against Belichick. They have also played some bad D's. I see the Lions getting 24 though. Do we get 20 or do we get 27 is the question.

From what I've been hearing, don't think Mac is going to play. The bigger question is does Hoyer come back? As @signbabybrady said, Zappe isn't ready yet but we may not have a choice.

I would be surprised if Hoyer is ready to go for next game with concussion protocols the way they are.

Do we honestly think they would play Hoyer base on what happened to Tua?? I don't think RK wants that type of publicity.
