Thanks for the writeup (and I'm sorry for your loss).

On the intangibles side, I thought that Kevin Duffy had an interesting point in this great piece: that Brissett has already shown that he has the right mental makeup to cope with not playing week after week. He had to sit out a year as a transfer at NC State and managed impress the heck out of everybody with his focus, dedication and leadership without even taking the field. That's a really good sign for a guy who projects to spend a lot of Sundays holding a clipboard.
