Porter available for trade?

He's been injury prone the last 2 seasons and rumor has it he doesn't work out as hard as he should. No doubt he's a talented #2 WR,one of the most when healthy. Again the work ethic is what concerns me. However I see alot of boom to this trade if he keeps his head in the game.

Raiders have apparently put out word that the asking price is 2 #1 picks.

In other words - they aren't trading him.

That Al Davis. What a kidder. Wonder how Porter feels about all this? Pleased that 2 #1's are being asked for him, or annoyed that Davis is hacking around with him.

Who's overrating Caldwell, we signed him for a near minimum salary contract. And we're hoping for a good #3 WR, assuming/hoping for Jackson to be a good #2. Personally I'm tired of the Caldwell slams given that he was decent before his torn ACL then was behind Tomlinson, Gates and McCardell in the pecking order for touches.

this man tells the truth. could not be any more accurate.

From Porter himself in the original article where he demanded the trade.

"They've asked for two No. 1's for me (in a trade)," Porter said his agent told him. "Why ... would you ask for a No. 1 for me, or ask for two No. 1s for me, when I wasn't even a No. 1?"

They have no intention of trading him. They know no one will meet the price but if someone were dumb enough to come close they would accept it.
